we offer.
Because
health insurance is written by many different companies, we cannot
tell you what your plan covers. Please read your plan’s
booklet under coverage for “Outpatient Psychotherapy” or under
“Behavioral Health”, or call your insurer’s office to find out
what you need to know.

If
your health insurance will pay part of our fee, please keep the
following things in mind:
Some
insurance companies require pre-approval for testing and therapy
services. If you discover this to be true of your insurance company,
please complete the pre-approval form prior to your first
appointment along with the other forms requiring completion from
our office.
To
seek payment from your insurance company you must first obtain
a claim form from your employer’s benefits office or insurance
company. Simply complete the claim form, then attach our
billing statement to the claim form and mail it to your insurance
company.
Typically, there are two different types of services
we provide children: Testing & Therapy.
The
way you present the appointment to your child is how they will
perceive it.
Testing
Let
your child know that they will be coming to meet someone who can
help figure out how they learn best.
Therapy
Let
your child know that they will be coming to meet someone who can
help them learn how to understand and handle their frustration
or worries.
